Health Coaching 


A health coach is a guide and supportive mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and achieve their personal wellness goals. Through lifestyle and behavior adjustments, a health coach can support clients to achieve their health goals. Some common areas where a health coach may help a client include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management, and digestion.

Parisa is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC where she received her certification in Integrative Health Coaching.
