We at P2 motion are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional experience. In order to accommodate all our valued  clients and maintain the quality of our sessions, we ask all  clients to acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Please wear clothes that are appropriate for exercise.
  • Please silence your phone before attending class to ensure a  quiet and peaceful  Pilates practice space.
  • Please notify us of any changes to your medical condition or recent surgeries.
  • All new clients new to P2 motion need to fill out appropriate paperwork prior to attending class. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out the necessary paperwork..
  • Please arrive on time to your appointment  in consideration for other clients and to ensure you will receive your 60 minute session.
  • Clients are personally responsible for cancelling classes by calling (786) 773-1759.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of scheduling a  class including packages. Packages are non-refundable.
  • Please give us 12 hour notice if your unable to keep your appointment. All clients must cancel their session 12 hours in advance in order to avoid losing a class. Appointments can be cancelled  by calling (786) 773-1759.
  • We accept cash, credit card, or local personal check for any purchase. A  fee of $25.00 will be charged for bounced or returned checks. All sales are final.
  • A valid credit card number must be provided to schedule appointments. The credit card will be charged should you miss a future appointment without canceling 12 hours in advance.
